Clay Workshop: Spring Botanical Coasters

Join me to make your very own botanical imprint coasters.  During the session we will be using the botanial elements you bring (best is fresh flowers and/or leaves, as dried may not have as much texture), and imprinting them into your clay.   I will also have a selection of stamps you can use to imprint onto your clay and compliment your design.  After the printing is complete we will then use specialist under glaze paints to add a dab of colour to your coasters.  

Once the session has finished I will then take the coasters  away to be dried, fired and glazed (and fired again!) and they will be returned to you complete with a cork backing between 4-5 weeks later.  

There is no heavy lifting or rolling during this session as the equipment supplied takes the hard work out of working the clay - just bring yourself…
