FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ARE THE PAINTS EDIBLE?
The paints supplied are actually a form of glaze, so when your pots are fired the special paint will not burn off (as most other things will during firing). They are non-toxic and fully washable, but NOT EDIBLE and we would not recommend that you let your child eat the paint or place it in their mouth. As always we would as parents or guardians to please supervise small children when painting your pots.

REFUNDS?
Paint at Home: Once an item is collected, it is your responsibility to ensure it is not broken, chipped or cracked (this compromises the integrity of the pottery meaning it cannot be fired), we do not refund items broken during the painting process. Occasionally items crack during firing because of tiny imperfections in the pottery - on these occasions we automatically provide a full refund or replacement for the broken item - you choose.
