About the event
Lets make some summer beach huts! Read further if you're interested in this workshop.
In this clay sculpting session on we will be sitting down for a 3 hour workshop and hand building beach huts. We will be using soft white earthenware clay, with techniques such as using cutters, learning about score and slip, and using a range of pottery tools. Our beach huts will then be carefully dried and fired at the studio. This will take around 4/5 weeks.
we recommend it for people aged 16+. This a group setting and not one-to-one tuition.
Once fired your (now pottery) will be available for decoration, at your leisure in our studio during our regular hours - no workshop, just using your imagination.
Drinks service will be available during the session, as a small business we do not allow outside food/drink on our premises.
