Hand Built ceramic sheep

In this clay sculpting session on Feb 11th we will be sitting down for a 3 hour workshop and hand building sheep. We will be using soft white earthenware clay, with techniques such as making pinch pots, learning about score and slip, and using a range of pottery tools.  Our sheep will then be carefully dried and fired at the studio. This will take around 4/5 weeks.  

This is a fast paced advanced beginner level workshop and we recommend it for people aged 16+. This workshop uses basic tools and techniques but is FAST paced and due to time restraints we will not be able to slow the pace.  This a group setting and not one-to-one tuition. 

Once fired your (now pottery) sheep will be available for decoration, at your leisure in our studio during our regular hours - no workshop, just using your imagination.
