After many requests Highland cows are back! Read further if you're interested in this workshop.
In this clay sculpting session on 7th May we will be sitting down for a 3hour workshop and hand building our cows. We will be using soft white earthenware clay, with techniques such as making pinch pots, learning about score and slip, and using a range of pottery tools. Our cows will then be carefully dried and fired at the studio. This will take 3-4 weeks.
This is a fast paced advanced beginner level workshop and we recommend it for people aged 16+. Younger children can attend, but we cannot guarantee they will be able to follow along - this workshop uses basic tools and techniques but is FAST paced and due to time restraints we will not be able to slow the pace. This a group setting and not one-to-one tuition.
