Workshop: Clay Hanging Dahlia

Join us to make your very own hanging dahlias! We will be sitting for a two hour session to make up to 2 dahlias for each paid guest. We will be using a white earthenware clay after which the creations will be dried and fired. A member of the pots & paint team will then add a pre-choosen crystal glaze (please ask for photos of the colours available - one colour per flower) and your completed dahlia will be returned 6-8 weeks later.

Please note: this is a clay workshop only, a member of staff will paint the creations in the colour of your choice. If you would prefer to paint your own using our studio colours, you are welcome but this will be an additional £10 each person (max 2 dahlias) for use of the space/paint and equipment.

These beautiful clay flowers can be displayed either on a flat surface, or hung on a wall with the addition of a small hole in the base (or a command stripe - not supplied).

This two-hour workshop is £25 per person. A £5 per person booking fee is required (and taken off the balance on the tonight). Unfortunately due to the amount of last minute cancellations we have been receiving, this deposit is non-refundable or transferable, to help cover the cost of loss of materials and business.

We reserve the right to cancel this event if ticket sales are not high enough. If the event is cancelled by the organisers the £5 booking fee will be refunded.
