Certificates are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift certificate.
There are additional costs associated with provision of a posted certificate such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift certicate
Services must be pre-booked. Gift certificates can be redeemed in person only. There is no option for online redemption (unless a custom listing is arranged direct with Sarah). Redemption contact details are provided on the certiciate.
Gift certificates are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If the purchase with a gift certicate exceeds the value of the pottery, then a credit will be given for the value remaining on the certificate. This will be given in voucher format only - no cash credit/change exchanges.
Gift certificates can be used for part or full payment pottery only. Cash deposits will still be required for paint kits, if required. If the pottery cost exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid in full.
Gift certtificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift certificates will not be exchanged or refunded.
